Creative founder of the brand, fashion designer Philipp Plein debuted in interior design, furniture that initially was exclusively created for his family and friends. His designs were based on Baroque influences, using extremely modern materials and forms: An original language that soon conquered the domestic market. From there to fashion, the next step was easy. Philipp Plein designs items that combine traditional tailoring with emotion. His style is characterized by a strong personality, a transgressive impact and by an extremely contemporary appearance. What counts at PHILIPP PLEIN is to give every single item a life, with imagination and rigor, in order to create a genuine product.
